THE ORVILLE

Set 400 years in the future, the activation was setup as Job Fair to find future crew members of the Orville.
Working from our approved designs, the environment is customized and dressed with various logos and imagery. Large billboards and perimeter face plates were created to encapsulate the overall theme.
Having a comprehensive LookBook is essential. This provides not only a style guide for the entire project, it also ensures that various installation teams know what they are building. Printers know how large prints will be. Lighting & electrical engineers understand the surroundings. And, most importantly, the client has a clear picture of the final activation.
The flooring has been laid. The trusses are in place, covering added, secured and locked down. Perimeter fencing is organized and decorated. Electrical, electronics, screens and effects are implemented, tested and primed. Clean up is done as night falls. Everything is ready for the 500,000+ visitors to the 2017 Comic-Con.
